Our philosophy to the dealer is simple: to provide the best services
possible to our dealers, to sell and market the best products in
the world, and to provide the finest parts and service in the industry.
Midwest Stihl, Inc. is the wholesale distributor for Stihl power
tools and accessories for the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and
the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Stihl is the only product line that
we carry at Midwest Stihl. This allows us to devote full-time effort
in the service and sales of Stihl products to our dealers and to
the marketing of Stihl to the consumer.
Midwest Stihl, Inc. is located in Hayward, Wisconsin. Hayward is
in the northwestern part of the state approximately 75 miles southeast
of Duluth and Superior.
Hayward is known for its vacationland beauty. It is the home of
the Lumberjack World Championship and the world famous Birkebeiner
Cross Country Ski Race.
More importantly for us, Hayward is centrally located for our distribution
territory.
Stihl has a very long history in the chainsaw business-the longest.
In 1926, Andreas Stihl was given credit for inventing the chainsaw.
This worldwide company is owned by the Stihl family and is under
the guidance of Hans Peter Stihl.
Stihl has been and remains the leading innovator in the chainsaw
industry. Stihl introduced the first true lightweight one-man chainsaw
and the first gearless chainsaw in the 50's. Stihl's anti-vibration
system was patented in 1965 and the encapsulated electronic ignition
system was introduced in 1968.
Today's Stihl chainsaws are of unique design with features that
give both the average consumer and the professional the most superior
product in the industry. |
